Cancellation Policy
7 days regular season, 14 days over President's week and during fall foliage (September 12-October 13th), 30 days over Christmas holiday (December 20th - January 1st). A $100 non refundable service fee (per room reserved) during the Christmas holiday. A $50 advanced deposit fee during all other times (deposit will be refunded should you cancel during specified time given prior to arrival).
