Cancellation Policy
Bed and Breakfast:
An advance deposit is required for any reservation. Refunds of advance deposits, less a $20 administration fee, will be made if cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to confirmed arrival.
The advance deposit confirms your the entire reservation. For early departures or late arrivals the deposit is applied to the unused portion first.
Mt Cottage:
The mountain cottage bookings require a rental contract to be completed within 24 hours and will be forwarded, guest must provide fax number.
